  4. when BN candidates lose, they walk away quietly and sometimes with a weak smile... but when the opposition loses, they all go out of control and start acting like monkeys.. ... people can see it for themselves... we do not wish for negative influences in this peaceful state...

  5. If opposition request for a recount, why is it hard to have it approve? unless there's something to hide? isn't that true?

  6. As a politician, one should look into helping everyone whether you are voted or not to be the leader. Then, if they want a recount, just give them a recount. After all, how big is the difference?

  7. All the emotional acts ONLY CAME in after SPR declined to perform a recount.

The vote difference is only about 0.8% (which is way less than 2%). If any party demand a recount, SPR HAS and OBLIGATED to perform a recount.

So now, anyone can explain why SPR declined a recount request?
Please enlighten me. Thank in advance.

  9. Countings (and Recountings) are all done at the Polling station if one care to understand the Election Rules Peraturan 25 (13)(b) Peraturan-Peraturan Pilihan Raya (Perjalanan Pilihan Raya) 1981 which states that 'Ulang Kira hanya Di Buat Di Tempat mengundi/Tempat Mengira Undi Pos jika Majority yang diperolehi oleh Calon Yang Menang adalah 4% atau Kurang. (This time around No Counting is done at the Final Tally Centre)

So with recounting done at the Polling Centres the venue of the Tempat Penjumlahan Undi (Final Tally centre) would total what has already finalised at the respective Polling Stations. The Returning Officer at the Final Tally centre which would have summarised the final count with their Borang 13, 14 and 15. These are submitted by the Ketua Tempat Mengundi after the numbers are agreed at the Polling Centre by the Ejen Calon. The function at the Final Tally Centre is just to show the Score Sheet totalled from the various Polling Stations and announce the results. No recounting is done at the Final Tally Centre and the crowd had no excuse to behave like the way they did. Which is why Election Agents should be well versed with the Election rules. This happens when one is not aware of the regulations.
